Building Department Permitting Information

The Routt County Regional Building Department Services

Routt County Regional Building Department provides Building Department services for all of Routt County including; Unincorporated areas of Routt County, The Town of Oak Creek, Town of Yampa, Town of Hayden and the City of Steamboat Springs for all Residential and Commercial Buildings and Structures. All Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Gas, Demolition, Solar, Sign, Swimming Pool and Spa Permits shall be submitted to the Routt County Regional Building Department for review. We additionally provide Permit Services for Grade and Fill Permits being submitted to the Town of Hayden and the City of Steamboat Springs.
