• Zoning and subdivision regulations

Leveraging New Technology - CityView

On August 16th, 2021, Routt County went live with a new land management and permitting software: CityView. By utilizing CityView, The County is able to offer The Public an efficient, transparent, and user-friendly interface to submit and follow-up on land-use applications. The Planning Department is leveraging this new software as to allow updates and increased efficiency in the review process. New procedure flowcharts have been created to explain the revamped process and can be located on the Forms and Procedures page.
