Routt County has various resources to support individuals and families who may benefit from mental health services. Below are a few of the mental health providers in our area. While this is a short list, there are also private practice providers within the county.

    • For the Colorado Crisis Services hotline call 1-844-493-8255 
    • OR text "TALK" to 38255
    • Colorado Crisis Services is available 24/7 and can provide support and counseling for yourself or a loved one. 

• General Resources

  • REPS Complimentary and Confidential Counseling
    • Provides five sessions of complimentary and confidential counseling to any member of the community that is struggling. REPS contracts with over 50 licensed providers in the community to provide necessary counseling at no cost to clients. Click here      to visit their website for more information. 
  • Mind Springs Health
    • Steamboat Springs Mind Springs Health provides outpatient counseling and therapy for a variety of behavioral health concerns.   • Northwest Colorado Health
    • Northwest Colorado Health provides Behavioral Health services at each of their clinic locations and through virtual appointments as needed. They serve a variety of different patients.   • I Matter Colorado
    • I Matter Colorado is a temporary program funded through the Colorado Department of Human Services, Office of Behavioral Health, that provides up to 6 free behavioral health sessions for youth in our state. The program is open to youth 18 years of age or younger or 21 years of age or younger if receiving special education services.
