Room may be arranged in whatever order desirable to the meeting group, however it is necessary that tables and chairs be returned to the original arrangement.
It is the responsibility of the group using the room to leave the Hearing Room in a clean and orderly condition.
If meeting is held after hours (before 8AM or after 5PM), you will need to check out a key to open/close the Courthouse. Keys need to be checked out in the Commissioners' Office. Please contact us at (970) 879-0108. Please return any keys to the drop-off box at the entrance of the Annex Building.
All our Conference Rooms are available on a first-come basis.
Routt County allows the use of its conference rooms to Nonprofit and Government entities (local, state, and federal agencies).
